Once an order is placed on our website, our aim is to get your item delivered to you as soon as possible. We dispatch all orders received before 3pm, the same working day (Monday-Friday). Any orders received Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail first class tracked postage as standard, so can take 1 - 2 working days for delivery of your parcel.
We hope you love the items you ordered, but in the event that you wish to return an item, we have a hassle-free 30 days returns policy in place. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels intact. Please make sure the returned items are in the same condition you received them in.
Please complete the returns form that you received with your order and enclose it within the return parcel along with the order invoice. If you do not have a returns form within your parcel, please email: info@modamistress.co.uk
Ensure the item is unworn, free from make-up marks and perfume smell / strong odours. Refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale.
